Severely Mentally Impaired Council Tax Discount.

The law says that a person is regarded as severely mentally impaired (SMI) if they have a severe impairment of intelligence and social functioning which appears to be permanent.

  1. I have a brain tumour which is inoperable so would like to know what is it there that I could get I worked for the last 49 years and never claimed anything.
